retailer, you are welcome to visit our website and
download as many pictures and product descriptions
as you may need. |
ORDERING
We have an opening order of 150.00. Reorders have
no minimum. For orders under 20.00, there is a 5.00
surcharge Order can be placed either through the order
form on our site, via email at Marilenaimports@aol,
via fax at 845 267-3712 fax or by phone at 845 267-3710.
Most orders usually ship within 2-3 days.
Occasionally, you may need us to hold an order for
delivery at a later time. We can hold orders for up
to 6 months with a 50% deposit. Although we make every
effort to keep inventory levels high, it is impossible
to foresee when an item becomes popular. We urge you
to check stock when possible. |
SAMPLES
Samples are available upon request. Please note that
sample orders sometimes take longer to process. We
do not drop ship samples. However, if your establishment
needs samples for display purposes, we will provide
you with samples. |
PAYMENT
We require a valid credit card on file so that we
may charge your account when goods are shipped. We
accept VISA and MASTERCARD. Payment is due upon shipping.
You may also prepay by company check. |
DROP SHIPPING
We offer free drop shipping to all our customers.
All orders are shipped ONLY UPS ground unless otherwise
specified. UPS ground rates apply. We will not be
responsible for orders that get lost, arrive late
or arrive damaged. UPS is the carrier….not us.
For the time being, we only ship within the United
States and Canada. |
DAMAGES
All claims for damages must be made within 5 days
of delivery. No exceptions.
We cannot be held responsible for replacements that
may or may not make it in time for your client’s
events. Under no circumstances will Marilena Imports
be responsible for any shipping charges other than
UPS ground freight that may arise from damages, lost
packages or incorrect items that may have shipped
by accident. We urge you to place orders within a
reasonable time frame to allow for situations that may
arise. Please note that a valid damage claim is one where
the item is either broken or not functional. All items on
website have dimensions and weights listed. |
RETURNS
Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery with
a restocking fee of 25%. Customer will pay ALL freight
charges coming and going. If customer needs to return
an order, they need to make all shipping arrangement
to get the goods back to us. All items must be in
original condition and packaging. Once items are received
at our warehouse and we approve receipt, only then
will your account be credited. |
VARIATIONS
Since most items in our line are handmade, Marilena
Imports cannot be responsible for variations in color,
size, shape, weight etc. Our customers can be assured
that we make every effort possible to control the
quality of our products. |
